A Village Lifestyle
|
|
The Eastern Village, the first of the areas to be developed, will accommodate 1,700 to 1,900 homes. In all, 5,000 homes will be contained within three distinctive Villages. Each will be a fully planned community incorporating learning, retail, recreation, employment and community facilities.

Employment
|
|
An employment development strategy has been developed with local councils, the State Government, schools and tertiary institutions to provide more jobs and relevant training for the local community. Our aim is to develop over 5,000 ongoing new jobs, equating to roughly one job for every resident worker. Over 8,000 jobs are also expected to be created during the construction phase.

Regional Park

Regional Open Space

In addition to the local parks and open space within each village, the site will include 48 hectares of regional open space for community recreation purposes.
